How do you install VMware tools in the vm?
VMware tools is necessary for smooth operation of the vm.

It was my fault, I had not registered my license,
Support walked me through the process.

SaaS license will only let me connect 3 devices instead of 4?
It says device limit has been reached.

My lic. was for 4 devices.

error message:
Error connecting to DynFi Manager.
Reached the limit of devices attached. Please upgrade the license.

Support jumped in on a video chat & resolved the problem.

One of my DynFi firewalls will not connect to the SaaS service.
The "connection token" gives an error message after it tries to connect.

In OPNsense, Services -> DHCPv4 -> Leases, you can see IP address & hostname of active (& inactive) devices.

In DynFI, where can I find this?
