Fixes:

• Cap concurrent Direct View requests per device and in total and add proper read timeouts. This change prevents a firewall which accepts connections but never answers from occupying the entire connection pool. Such device can spawn a lot of requests when DV is used with firewall's Dashboard, due to polling.
• Fix license urls to handle url schema in new DynFi shop.
• Make switching to latest pfSense branch faster by removing unnecessary and time-consuming operation.
• Add post-quantum key exchange support to Connection Agent SSH server (supported by pfSense 2.9.x and pfSense+ 26.x).
