This service is available through a simple model:

  1. You choose the level of support you need
  2. The support plan is valid for one to three years from the date of order
  3. Support can be used immediately after payment validation

This support is intended for DynFi Firewall users who wish to benefit from Enterprise-grade updates and community assistance.

With this support level, you will benefit from:

  • Access to the Enterprise repository for “professional” updates
  • All DynFi Firewall features
  • Community support via our forum
  NOTE:
  This type of support is intended for users who wish to contribute to the project.
  It provides, for a modest cost, access to the DynFi support forum
  and regular package updates.

This support level is designed for open-source firewall users who wish to benefit from Enterprise-level updates along with solid, professional, non-urgent support.

  • Access to the DynFi Enterprise repository

  • 3 tickets per year and per device
  • Ticket submission online or by e-mail
  NOTE:
  Tickets may cover the use of DynFi Firewall, pfSense, or OPNsense.
  Automatic renewal at term.
